Great experiences with safety at the top
Create safe and durable floors in your wetroom with materials from our range.
Whether you’re looking for a coating full of colour and aesthetics – or a solid, understated look
– we’ll help you find the right materials for a slip-resistant and hygienic solution.
Pros
When the family goes to the swimming pool, the experience starts in the bathing and changing room, continues into the pool, maybe a trip to the sauna and finally ends in the bathing and changing room.
In all rooms, a slip-resistant floor is a top priority to ensure that your trip to the swimming pool is a great experience from start to finish.
With a jointless wet room floor with materials from Stonewalk, you avoid slipping accidents and create great experiences for your guests.
The colour, pattern and degree of slip resistance is entirely up to you.
We can help you find the right solutions for your bathroom floor, changing room floor and swimming hall floor.
Pros
In a changing room, there are often a lot of people in a small space. This also means that there will inevitably be a fair amount of water on the floors.
Whether your changing room is occupied by handball players after a long match or bathers with wet feet, it requires a non-slip and hygienic surface.
This is guaranteed with a seamless wet room floor laid with our materials.
Pros
We bathe to minimise bacteria, so it’s obviously important that hygiene is at its best.
With a jointless wet room floor, cleaning after bathroom, changing room and swimming pool users becomes easy.
This saves you time and money, and your users get the same lovely, clean and safe experience time after time.
Benefits of wet room flooring
Do you want to give your guests an aesthetic experience beyond the ordinary?
Then you can choose – as in this sauna – to go with a natural stone floor.
This paving is made with the stone mix Islandsk Deluxe.
Pros
Our materials can be used for more than just the floors in your wetroom – use our natural stones for a beautiful sink, for example – or replace the tiles on your wall with our coloured flakes. Contact us for more information.
Tips for your wet room floor
How you maintain and care for your wet room floor depends on the contractor’s choice of binder.
To give your wet room floor the best possible conditions, Stonewalk always recommends that you consult with the contractor who installed the flooring.
The contractor can tell you how often you need to clean your wet room floor and which cleaning products to use.
By following the contractor’s instructions, your wet room floor will remain beautiful and functional for years to come.
Application
We all have different needs and preferences when it comes to our wet rooms
– maybe you want a floor with colour? Maybe you are looking for a floor with a logo?
Maybe you want a floor coloured with quartz sand – or a floor with flakes?
You can also use flakes, as an alternative solution for your walls instead of tiles?
These images show a small selection of wet room floors we have supplied materials for.
Feel free to give us a call if you want to know more about your options.
